Governance

Unbound Nation will be a decentralized autonomous organization (DAO). Therefore, decision-making will not be done by a central entity but through dynamic decentralized voting. All stakeholders holding $UNA, or the respective Sub-DAO’s token, can make proposals and vote in the specific governance forums.

Votes can be related but are not limited to:

• Business development projects

• Expansion strategies (e.g. countries, games, industries, etc.)

• Social engagements

• Community initiatives (e.g. tournaments, esport events, etc.)

• Governance structure

• Commission structure

• Token distribution

Snapshot will be used to facilitate voting and provide proper infrastructure to our community. Snapshot is an off-chain gasless multi-governance client with easy to verify and hard to contest results.

Decision-making will be based on the stake of $UNA or the respective Sub-DAO tokens you are holding.

As community success is one of the critical success factors, we need to balance the stake of those who contribute to the DAO with their time, intelligence, compassion, and hearts with those who contribute through their high liquidity provision.

To support discussions in the community prior or related to any proposal, Unbound Nation will have a governance forum with dedicated spaces for each Sub-DAO.
